How do I place an order?
You can place an order through my order form
How much notice do I need to place an order?
I need a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice but because I usually book up to 4-6 weeks in advance, I recommend placing your requests as early as you can to ensure I’m able to accept your order.
Anything with less than a week’s notice will incur a rush fee if I’m able to accept the order.
What information should I include in my order request?
Please include the following (if applicable) for a faster quote:
- What you would like to order
- The flavour and quantity you would like
- The date and time you want your order to be ready for
- The event, theme, colour scheme or anything you think I should know for custom designs
- Whether you would like a cupcake topper and the text you want written
- If you want a free gift note included
- Pick up or delivery

Do you offer gluten, dairy or sugar free options?

Please keep cookies as cool and dry as possible. Refrigeration is NOT recommended as condensation and humidity ruins the icing design.
If you must store cookies for longer, they can be placed in an airtight container then frozen for enjoyment at a later date. Bring them out 24hrs before eating and let them come to room temperature before opening the container or unwrapping.

What is a pre-order? Can I order during a pre-order week?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn’t yet been released (it will be ready for pick up at a later date).
I make samples of the items I’ll be offering, photograph them and then list them on my website to be ordered in advance.
I do pre-orders for holidays and certain events (graduation, end of school, summer, etc.) as a way to accommodate as many orders as possible and to offer options that are more affordable and ready to be gifted.
That being said, due to the high volume of orders I usually get during pre-order weeks, I’m not able to accept any custom orders for the week without adding a fee of 50% of the total.
